Still won't do it for me.
The movement in JO is laughably slow - it feels dirty to play. Even when I play as a medic with just an mp5, no nades and minimum encumbrance I move as fast as granite.
Nope. JO is consigned to my 'not-likely-to-play-anytime-soon' drawer and is in serious danger of getting uninstalled.
In fact, so effected by the memories of JO, I've now had to D/L NFSU to try and compensate.
Dark days indeed. :D

oh well Sh*t happens!! sad to hear your pc aint up to it m8, maybe its your connection? was good having you play along m8, but if it dont float your boat theres not much point in trying to change your mind:(. and to all the other JO die hards, shame about the scope fixing but hey we'll overcome it....catch you online soon.

Connection? 1Mbps ADSL from BT? Too slow? ... Pah!
The movement physics are the same regardless - even on a LAN.
Don't get me wrong, the game in principle is excellent for me - choppers scooting over hills to rain death from above on some hapless rebel scum - excellent. But have you ever played Black Hawk Down? ... 'coz it feels the same as that - same game engine I guess.

NFSU rocks btw. Makes me wanna' go for night time drives at frightening speed in my clapped out Escort. :D

p.s. - Did 75mph in a 30mph zone taking the wife to hospital at 2am. Absolutely incredible. |thumbup|

LOL.
Nope. No ticket. No speed cameras on that route and mercifully no bizzies at that hour ... but even if there were I'd have argued the case with them for sure.
You could try getting away with the ticket - but I wouldn't hold out much hope. :(
